Ghost Of My Brother?
I’ve always stayed with my grandparents every summer and winter since I was little. One year, when I was around 8, I remember my grandparents had gone to sleep. They have a pretty small house; three tiny bedrooms and it’s a one story.
So after watching TV for a while, I decided to go to sleep. I turned off the television and shut my eyes. Right as the sun began to rise I woke up. I opened my eyes and managed to look at the guest bedroom door, diagonal from the couch and I was struck with fear. I saw a figure of a little boy, maybe a little older than me, but not older than my brother who was 10. He was wearing pajamas, holding a teddy bear at his side, and he had a sad look on his face. He was extremely pale and he looked just like me and my brother. I just stayed there, on the couch, afraid to move. He stood there staring at me. Then I passed out. I woke up, gasping for air, a few hours later. I told my grandparents about it and they told me I was dreaming.
I didn’t bring it back up until I returned home and told my mother. She looked at me, confused. Then she told me that she had had a miscarriage about a year after having my brother. So to this day, I think my dead brother still lingers with us and his spirit continues to grow as I do.
